App Store license
The app is licensed, not sold, and copies obtained through the App Store are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, including its terms on purchases, auto-renewing subscriptions, and refunds. These Terms of Use supplement that agreement and cover this website and general use of the app; where the two conflict on a copy obtained from the App Store, Apple's agreement governs.
What the app does
EML & MSG Viewer is a utility for opening supported saved email files on iPhone and iPad. The app can display message content and metadata, list attachments, preview or share attachments where supported by iOS, and export PDF records.
Supported and unsupported files
The app is designed for .eml and common Outlook .msg email message files. Some files may not open correctly because of corruption, encryption, unusual encodings, unsupported Outlook item classes, unsupported attachment formats, or limitations in iOS preview support.
The app is not a full mailbox, email client, legal discovery system, forensic suite, backup service, or guarantee that every email file can be rendered exactly as it appeared in the original sender's software.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app only with files you have the right to access and process.
- Review exported PDFs and attachments before relying on them for business, legal, compliance, or archival work.
- Keep your device, iOS version, and files secure.
- Do not use the app or website in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains local file processing, support communications, website logs, and remote email content.
Support
Support is provided through the support page. The developer may ask for diagnostic details, screenshots, or sample files to troubleshoot an issue. You are responsible for deciding whether a file is safe and appropriate to share.
Intellectual property
EML & MSG Viewer, the website, and related branding are owned by Sheenu Jain or licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, website, code, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property to you.
Third-party services and platforms
Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple App Store terms, iOS system behavior, cloud storage provider terms, mail app behavior, and third-party email content. Sheenu Jain is not responsible for third-party services or remote resources embedded in email files.

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheenu Jain disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheenu Jain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the app or website.
Changes
Sheenu Jain may update these terms when the app, website, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
