Supported formats

The app is built for .eml and common Outlook .msg email message files.

Unsupported formats

.pst, .ost, .mbox, .olm, .mht, .oft, and winmail.dat are not part of the current release scope.

Remote images

Remote Content can be turned off in the app for local-only viewing and PDF export.

Privacy requests

The app does not create accounts or store user data on developer-operated servers. For privacy questions, email support or review the privacy policy.

Troubleshooting

The file will not open.

Confirm the file extension is .eml or .msg. Some Outlook items are calendar, contact, task, encrypted, or protected files rather than normal email messages.

An attachment will not preview.

Attachment preview depends on iOS Quick Look support for that file type. You can still try sharing or saving the attachment.

An email looks different from the original.

HTML emails can depend on remote images, fonts, and external resources. Use Remote Content settings to choose between fidelity and local-only rendering.

I need a PDF for records.

Open the email, choose PDF export, and include metadata and attachment inventory when those details are needed for documentation.
